Join Us for 10 Days of Cycling and Giving Back

Get ready to pedal for a purpose! The 2024 Charity Spin Roadshow is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a 10-day cycling event across 9 locations in the Perth CBD.

Event Dates: November 13th - 29th

Grand Finale: Join us on Day 10 for a spectacular spin on the poolside rooftop of the DoubleTree Hotel!

To Qualify:

Participate in at least 2 previous days of the event.

About the Charity Spin Roadshow:

Since 2014, the team, powered by Motivate Ultra, has raised over $200,000 for various charities through our annual Charity Spin Roadshow.

Join the Fun - How to Participate:

Gather Your Team

Form a team with colleagues or friends! Each team can have up to 20 participants per time slot.

Your Ride

Each team will cycle for just 20 minutes during their designated time slot.

Competition

Show your team spirit! Compete against other teams from your building and across the Perth CBD for prizes and bragging rights.

Charitable Donation

Each participant contributes a minimum donation of $20, with all proceeds going to the event's chosen charities. Feel free to donate more!

Merchandise Available

Support the charities further by purchasing event merchandise.

Companies that participate across multiple days and locations have a higher chance of winning the coveted $2,000 Grand Prize and being crowned the 2024 champions!

Making it Inclusive:

The event welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level.
The focus is on fun, participation, and raising funds for worthy causes.

Booking Your Team:

Time slots are available from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM (first come, first served).
A 30-minute time slot includes: 5 minutes setup, 20 minutes cycling, and 5 minutes clean down.
Companies can enter multiple teams, time slots, and days.

Prizes and More:

Teams will compete for prizes in three categories:
- Greatest Distance Covered (total distance of all riders)
- Highest Output (combination of average wattage and calories)
- Best Dressed (most creative theme)
- Best Playlist (most engaging music)
Expect additional on-site prizes and raffles throughout the event.
